Life is a bit turned upside down, but I'm following the protocol as best I can - I love my morning smoothie and I try to follow the meal guidelines the rest of the day.
I definitely don't eat sugar anymore though! I'm a bit shocked at how easy it is though...and I've had a bite off my kid's dessert but it didn't make me want to eat the whole thing.

Not at all. There is no mention of supplements in the detox, it is entirely food focused. Normal food you find at the grocery store.
Not at all. You can shop at your regular grocery store. Some clients even eat out while they're doing the detox. That's the beauty of simplicity, it makes things adaptable.
No, there are no vegan specific guidelines as animal proteins (choice of red meat, chicken or fish) are recommended throughout the detox.
